The GAC/KDF 55 filter removes chlorine, chloramines, pesticides, herbicides, tastes, odors, and heavy metals, including lead, mercury, and iron. Additionally, the GAC/KDF 55 has bacteria control that prevents bacteria growth on the media. Complete system is built on a heavy duty white power-coated steel bracket and includes 1" PVC ball valve, 1" PVC close nipple, and the filter housing bracket.
